Guitars for Gunbalanya

CMS missionary Matt Pearson with guitars ready to take back to community

Christ Church Cathedral has had the opportunity to partner with Emmanuel Church in Gunbalanya (also known as Oenpelli).

At our recent Northern Territory Anglican Church leader conference (Clericon), Gumbulanya CMS missionary Matt Pearson mentioned that they need more guitars for their church worship - that this would enable them to include more people in to participate in their gatherings.

Thanks to the generosity of a CCC member, Matt now has a few guitars to take back to community.

Amazingly - the Pearsons were in Darwin on the same day that the guitars arrived at the Cathedral, and were planning to go and purchase one - now they have two! Praise God for his goodness and provision.
